any suggestions for building a comp with asus k8n-e deluxe

do u guys have any little hints about anything like which ram slots to use with 2 sticks or anything at all....helping with sumthing that wasnt covered well in the manual...any help appreciated and plz remember im a complete newb so even generic basic help will be extremely appreciated
