Any suggestions for a good case

Looking for a good case for OC'ing. Any suggestions, and links would be greatly appreciated. Large ATX will suffice, would prefer a server tower w/300W. Thanks.......

The Antec SX830 has been getting pretty good remarks. Great cooling potential and has a superb PS. The SX830 is the 300W model. The SX840 is the 400W model.

I own a addtronics 7896A full tower and it is very cool and always recommended on these forums.
The price from jim hanson (coolcases.com)is very good for probably the best overclockin case out there and he is a great guy to deal with.
My 2 cents

I bought the Antec SX830 and I can't recommend it enough. Great case!!! Has superb cooling capabilities and good power supply like Braxus had mentioned. I had an Enlight before and this case, and the Antec is a hands-down better case in my opinion. Good luck!!!

I've got a couple Addtronics cases, but the 7896a is my favorite, it's a great case---and I second Odin's recommendation for Jim Hanson, who is The Man to see for cases.

7896A all the way! Even though I didn't have that much money...I settled for a 6896A with a 250W PS from Jim too. Will probably upgrade that PS in my next major upgrade to an Enermax 300+W unit 🙂

Just got the Antec SX-1030 and it is nice! Ended up being $77 shipped from Onvia.com after rebate... great looking case and cool & quiet. I especially like the 4 int. 3.5's. I would pick up two more fans for the HDD's though- makes a big difference.

Hey Odin30 - did you have any problems with the Alpha P6035 blocking (ie. getting in the way of) the removable internal harddrive bay (the 3.5" two-bay below the PS)?

Get the Fong Kai 320 ATX...$100 or so at directron.com. Comes with a 300 watt power supply and is very roomy. Has a space for a 120 mm fan in the front and has a cooling duct for the CPU. Can be used for a server case. It can house dual xeon processors.

Any thread asking for recommendation on a good case has to have at least a couple of Enlight 7237 recommendations.

Another vote for the Enlight 7237. 😛

If it's a server case with awesome cooling you want, check out the Addtronics WTX8500. It comes with 2 80mm fans, and has spots for 4 more 80mm and 3 92mm. I have all 9 spots filled and my case temp does not go over 30C, hovers around 24-28 at idle/light load.

I bought 2 of the GlobalWin 802's, great case and looks good. I've never seen a case come with so many extra's. It's listed on price watch as the Premier YCC 802 for $49 +$12 ship with a 300w PS, even though the web site at A2Z lists it for $59 they honored the pricewatch price. I bought my first one at APRO for $130!
