Any software out there that harmonizes Mp3 volume levels?

I have a few MP3 songs but some of them different volume levels. As a result i have to manually change the volume level as i listen to songs (very distracting). Is there any add on the win amp or something that would manage volume level? or is there any software out there that can change the volume level of mp3 files so i can either bring up or push down the inherent volume of an mp3 file?

At winamp.com you can find at least a couple of plugins that may help you...RockSteady and TomSteady. There might be others there as well

You could try MP3Gain, I haven't tried it yet but I plan to.
