Technically any SFF case you want can be a socket 754 SFF with the right mainboard. I think you're smart enough to find a mainboard that's the size you need.

Or you can always go socket 939 (the Nforce4's are right around the corner).

I've got the SN85G4V2 and it is a very nice little system and I got it for the holiday special $199 which is pretty hard to beat. Supposedly the PCI lock works (there have been reports of 280HTT, I personally can't get past 220). However, if you do want to overclock, I would recomend one of the S939 ones.
