Whenever my chapter had fraternity shirts printed, we always went with a local shop. You should search Google for a local shop. For large orders, I think some of my other chapters went with this place: http://www.broken-arrow.com/

Have you considered the T-shirt iron-on things you print out on your printer? That's what I use for a quick custom T.
