Any Sis 645 mbs that also have DDR V adj.?

I am finally getting my 1.6a and still not decided on the mb yet. I am thinking of getting the MSI 645 ultra for about $76 but not sure if it has V adj. for the DDR. I have cheap DDR that I got from CC with Hyundai chips!

Or can someone recommand a 845D board with V adj for memory!

The epox 4sda (sis 645 chipset $86 newegg) has voltage adjustments for cpu (up to about 1.85), agp, and ddram. I'm running my ddram at +.2 (2.76 volts) and using the 4:5 ratio setting, it's running at 171 fsb.
