Any simple web design apps out there?

Title pretty much says it all. I am looking to make a simple webpage basically to serve as a good landing spot for my photo gallery. Basically just an "about me" kind of page with some links and stuff on it. I don't need anything fancy, but I would like it to look somewhat decent.

I don't know anything about HTML/CSS or anything else, but I know enough to take some templates and mess with stuff on them. So, basically I would be looking for something to use with a lot of good templates that I can choose from.

I do have frontpage, but I haven't found any templates I like, and when I upload them to the server, they have problems displaying properly. I don't know if it's because the server is running ClarkConnect, which runs Red Hat (7.2 I think, maybe 7.3), but a bunch of the stuff doesn't come out right.

If anyone knows of anything that would work, or a good place to get a ton of templates, please let me know!

Thanks
Jeff

you can find templates at a lot of sites (i'll leave it to the others to list some as I can't recall any good ones at the moment)... some are free and some are about $25 for a batch. But I do know that Adobe GoLive has some great looking templates that come with it too.

Why pay? Open source web templates here . . .

Most of them are excellent. . .

Use NVU to edit them

Just google for NVU - a free open source html editor that since the latest incarnation rocks . . .
