Any series on HBO, Showtime, Starz etc. worth watching now?

Thank goodness True Blood is done and over with now.

Just discovered a show called "the knick" and I had to catch up on the first four episodes yesterday. I totally forgot about this show airing in August and it seems to have potential so far.

I am loving Hell on Wheels so far as well.

I am not liking Outlander on Starz so far

So any other series I missed that might be worth watching?

I've been watching Ray Donovan on Showtime. Not a bad series and I am guessing that there's just a few episodes left in this second season.

Homeland is starting up its 4th season in a few weeks, also on Showtime.

Loved True Detective myself, it's been over awhile now and won't be starting for awhile again.

Well worth watching if you haven't.

That and Generation Kill is very good if haven't watched those.

Showtime has Homeland, House of Lies, Penny Dreadful, and Shameless.

Don't forget about Masters of Sex. That's pretty decent too, even though I wouldn't put it on the same level as Homeland or Shameless. I have Penny Dreadful DVR'd but haven't gotten around to it yet. My wife wants to finish True Detective first, I think we're still only 3-4 episodes in. Been a busy summer!

I just bought True Detective for $40. I really don't see the point of paying$20 a month for a single channel when you can buy the shows you want on blu ray.
