Any recommendations on quality 300w power supply?

I have a Abit KT7Raid mobo with 800mhz athalon. Im running a few fans and have been having trouble with my power supply not starting my system. When it is running, I can hear the speed in the fans change while applications are being done. I hope its the power supply...Any suggestions?

get a power supply made by Enlight. They are the best in the market and are AMD Athlon compatible.
