BTW OP the Seasonic models suggested are dual rail...

So do two 18A 12v rails compare to one 34A 12v rail?

There is much debate about one versus dual rails. I remember reading that the X1900XTX's may have issue with dual rails but I am not sure.

I have the Seasonic 600 watt with 36 amps split on the 12v rail.

My system
Opty 170 at 2.4
DFI Lanparty Expert
2 gigs ram
3 hard drives
2 Evga superclocked 7900GTX's watercooled at 720core 1820mem
Sound blaster X-FI
etc. etc.

Runs flawlessly

What's your budget?

My fave PSU to recommend these days is the FSP FX600-GLN.

It has more than adequate power for nearly anyone a very good $140 USD price.
Try $110. 🙂
