I'm looking to either find or create a week to week Crossfit routine using only dumbbells. I don't have a bench and I only have 100 pounds in weights. I would like a routine that I can do 4-5 days a week. Anyone here doing something similar or know how to create a good schedule based on my needs?

As a side note, I have an interest in high volume training. I'm very curious if anyone here has tried this approach and with what results.

Today's WOD :

14 Minute AMRAP
10 1 Arm Snatches
10 Overhead Step Ups (hold weight in hand with arm straight above your head - 5 each hand)
10 Pushups

For me that was a 35# dumbell for the snatch and a 20# for the step ups on a 24" box
Pretty Brutal

Lots of WOD's use just body weight exercises and dumbells (or can be adapted to dumbells)

Tomorrow's WOD :

Annie's a Swinger
50-40-30-20-10
Dubs (double jump rope)
Sit Ups
KB Swings (You can use a dumbell instead of a kettle bell)

When I remember, I'll post up the body weight / dumbell only WODs for you

edit: That sucked - missed the 20 minute cutoff by 10 KB swings

Lots of good exercises have been mentioned. Here are a few more that can be easily worked into a wod.

Turkish getups
Dumbbell manmakers
Dumbbell thrusters
Dumbbell burpees (or if you want to make it even harder, try a dumbbell burpee clean and press/jerk)
Dumbell walking lunges

With dumbbells, you can do a lot of different exercises like below:

o Seated, close-grip barbell curl.
o Standing, close-grip cheat curl.

o Incline, face-forward barbell curl.
o Lying face-forward on high bench, barbell curl.

o Reverse-grip curl with the easy-curl-bar.
o Concentration curls on Scott Bench using easy-curl-bar.
o Flat Preacher Bench close-grip curls with easy-curl-bar.
