Any recommendations for a headset (ie. headphones + mic), USB or BT, noise cancelling pref.?

My wife works in an office environment that is sometimes noisy and she's a bit lost in the selection and brands available. Does anyone here have any recommendations?

I don't recall ever buying a headset for myself before so I don't have much to bring to the table.

The Sony WH-1000XM5 gets my vote. You might be able to find the WH-1000XM4 if you look. The WH-1000XM6 is due out soon, but they won't be cheap.
