Any reason not to use 64bit Win7 on this system?

If it's capable of running x64 (which is nearly every consumer desktop CPU less than 6 years old) and you have x64 drivers available for all of your hardware peripherals, then I see no reason not to.

I've been running x64 Win 7 since RTM and I've had no troubles.
 
32-bit would actually run a bit better on 2 GB of RAM. If you are planning on upgrading memory later, than go ahead and do 64-bit.
