I'm looking for a budget notebook to bring to school during my office hours. I've been looking around and considered getting a Dell, but avoiding it because I don't want to pay sales tax on it. I noticed that there aren't too many threads on HP laptops, so is there some sort of problem with them that would make me want to avoid them?
