Got two coupons. Apparently I can't use these for a PCI TV tuner. So I was thinking, why not just ebay a converter box, as soon as it sells buy it online with the coupon and have it shipped directly to the buyer. Then, I can take the money and buy the PCI/PCI-Express NTSC/ATSC/ClearQAM TV tuner.
 
It shouldn't be a problem. Although, I think I would wait until the converter box arrived, before starting the auction.

I'm just paranoid. With my luck, the merchant would be out of stock or the mail would mangle the package.
