Any really good "cheap" disk boot utilities around?

Hi,

I am in the process of starting to install Win 2003 server on my home network. Are there any disk management utilities that people can recommend that will work with this for formatting drives moving partitions etc. May well do a double boot with Suse to see what Linux looks like.
