Any real differences B75 vs H77 for HTPC?

I originally was going to get an H61 mobo for my HTPC build, but with the new gen of mobos out I'll probably just pick up one of those.

Question: Are there any real differences between a B75 vs H77 mobo (with HDMI) for HTPC duties? We are talking box stock G620 processor utilizing the Intel OBG.

The prices are about the same for mATX boards, just wondering if I'm missing anything.

Unless you need the extra SATA3 port or Intels SRT, the short answer would be no...
