ATI Tool? Depends on what brand card you have.

It ussually depends on what kind of card you have. Not all of them have temp sensors.

I don't think they have temp sensors.

Usually all that can be monitored is built into the mobo. You can get one of those front panel monitors (takes up a drive bay) that can monitor extra temps with its own probes...

For Nvidia its built in the driver window (GF6 have die temp sensors at least)
Rivatuner can also do it...
