Any program out there that tests your hardware for errors?

Just had a power outage awhile ago. My computer is running but something just isn't right. I've check all the event logs and device manager and found nothing out of the ordinary. Just wondering is anyone knows a program out there that will run some diagnostics on my memory, motherboard, HD, and RAM??

Memory - use memtest, its a dos based thing, i think theres one that comes on a cd too with a nice ui etc but ive only used the floppy drive dos version thus far. Currently using it to sort out my own memory problems

Motherboard - wish i knew :(

HD - Windows has a built in thing that will do that just right click the drive in my computer --> properties --> tools --> error checking. Itll start checking the drive on the next reset.

Ultimate Boot CD

Tests for HD, CPU, RAM and more. I wish though there was a mobo stress test utility, I have a system that everything seems to check out on but it freezes up alot - I'm thinking the mobo is screwy but no way to really test that. But that will test all the other stuff.

UBCD is good - but for several years, I have used and really like Passmark Software's Performance Test. It is reasonable priced and very comprehensive.
