Any problems with mixing RAM?

Well, it turns out one of my sticks of crucial Ballistix pc3200 went out on me. Errors up the wazoo. Gonna send it back and see what they do about it.

In the mean time, I can't live with 512 megs of ram. So, I'm thinking about getting some of that Corsair value select stuff from newegg.

Here's the question. Will there be issues if I put in two sticks of corsair to go along with my one stick of Crucial? What about two of corsair and two of crucial (when they repair/replace the screwed one)? All pc3200, of course. I'm not overclocking anything. I'm using an Asus A8V Deluxe. AMD 64 3500+ cpu.
