If you don't plan on playing ANY games, then yes, it'll be fine. That integrated ProSavage crap pretty much eliminates most games made within the past couple years. But my wife got an eMachine back when Best Buy was giving them away with Prodigy internet access 3yr contracts. It's a Celery 366 that's got a new HD and more memory. It's still chugging along fine and she just does basic word processing, internet surfing, and all of our finances with Quicken. I got a free Duron 650 and motherboard so we're trashing the eMachines, but it's help up pretty well. May decide to donate it to our church for the tax deduction.
