The video card is running great... but I was curious if i would get any performance increase by overclocking... seeing as my CPU is so slow :\

No I just put a Ti500 in a Dell 450 and it hit like 2200 on 3DMark 2001, Over clocking made no diff. Just not enough processor power and this is a PC133 memory so their isn't to much you can do,

only overclock a video card if your CPU is over 1.2ghz with at least 133mhz ram....otherwise you cpu is holding you back

Hehe with that rig you should be running games with 4x FSAA and 64-tap aniso ;)

Yah CPU is the bottleneck for ya, but seriously, you can turn up all the features and you shouldn't take any noticeable hit in frame rates.

Try to o/c the cpu ! you should get around 550mhz if you can tweak the fsb and you should see bigger % gains that way.

If you turn up the details enough you will see a difference, but if you just play at low resolutions, no FSAA, etc, you wont notice a difference.
