Any Photoshop with no subscription?

1) I don't like the idea of having so many subscriptions (I already have a VPN subsciption, MS Office 2013, a few AVs, etc.) Is there a way to buy a full fledged non subscription Adobe Photoshop or have they totally switched to this subscription based thing?

2) Is there any place to legally buy a genuine Photoshop CS 6 Key?

3) How is Photoshop CC any better than Photoshop 6?

1. Only subscription based options now available from Adobe
2. I sometimes see it available on amazon, not sure how to tell if it is legit though
3. Some minor improvements in CC which are nice such as camera shake removal and better content aware algorithms but not enough improvement that I'm gonna leave cs6 to start paying a subscription. Maybe If I used photoshop to make a living it would be a different story.

A lifetime perpetual license of Photoshop CC is available for around USD 2000 or so.

I've tried to buy Adobe software from Amazon and ebay in the past, 50% of the time you receive a counterfeit product, and the other 50% of the time you receive a different product than was advertised (like Windows Retail version advertised, Macintosh Student Upgrade version received). Even Amazon listings are wrong more times than they are right.

At least it's super-simple to get a refund through them.
