My friend asks me to assemble a system for him and he insist on using P4 1.7G or above(of course he thinks the bigger number is better).

I believe the Asus P4T is currently the best mobo right now. But P4 is transforming(sp?) to 478 pin now, and I don't like P4 + SDRAM.

Is there any P4 mobo with 478pin socket and RDRAM support coming soon?

Abit BL7
Abit TH7-II
Asus P4B

Not sure if any of these boards are out though. Im looking to get some P4 boards myself, but with SDRAM support because of its attractive price.

Yes, Ausu P4B, and Abit BL7 are 845 solutions. TH7II-RAID, Asus P4T-B(I think it may be some other letter after, not P4T-F it's just a 4 layer S423 P4T) are the only 2 850 S478 boards I've heard of but there will be more out.
