Any other ultra runner geeks here?

I have the Bear 100 coming up in under 3 weeks, I'm already getting nervous. I'm 50 years old, and I have run a couple dozen ultras starting in my mid 40's.

When I'm not running I'm biking or lifting for general health, or I'm playing PC games. Anyone else like to run farther than they should?

I am on the Hercules diet. I start off with a few uppers and then an injection of anabolic steroids for weight training. I add oxygen to my blood like like Lance Armstrong running all my plasma through a dialysis like machine which increases the oxygen in my blood. This makes running marathons much more enjoyable. I try to manage pain with oxycodone reminding oxycontin users they are junkies. I then take a monthly injection of HGH to finish everything off to keep me in peak physical shape. I play video games at least 3 hours a day to help my muscles recover.

I've never had any interest in lengths outside of half marathon length. I've done one Ragnar relay style and would do that again, even with a small team.

Not here. Like eating too much. Also I think the real life benefits vs wear and tear on the body doesn't add up. I run about 2.5 to 4 miles a couple times a week. Then lift a few times a week. Not trying to be a super athlete just fit.
