Any other tall people here have a hell of a time finding a jacket that fits right?

Shirts or any Top is a PITA. I've resorted to buying XL sizes, because they fit lengthwise.

Another problem I have is with Jeans. Finding a 38" Waist and 34" Leg/Inseam is near impossible. There's often just 1 pair in a whole store, which kinda limits colour/style choice.

You generally don't tailor winter jackets. 😉
