These are the models I know about (the source is TechReport).

What I'd like to know is if Intel plans to release future models based on the same technology/architecture. Say ... something like E6800, or E6900, or even a second "Extreme" model ?

That's the E4300, not E4200 (which was supposed to be 1.6GHz). 800MHz FSB, 2MB cache, no VT, should cost less than E6300.
