i just installed a copy on a server and the install went well. After the initial installation, it shows all the "dummy" products. How do i remove these products and list my own? Also, how do i edit the first page?

Are you serious? Why don't you post specifically what the problem is. Have you read the forums? Go into the ADMIN login and you can configure everything there!
