For the past few months, my girlfriend has been mentioning that she has been having this white "tumor" (as she calls it) that she says seems to be growing from her tonsils. The thing is she says it goes away every week or so then a week later comes back again. She says that last year she used to talk about how she would "feel these things in my mouth and all of a sudden these little white balls would be in my mouth and i would spit them out. They looked like pieces of food or something." She jsut realized that that was perhaps from "that thing" on her tonsil.

Anybody know what this could be?

I have the same thing happen from time to time.
Not sure what it is. I've never worried about it.
I only get them maybe once a month if that.

I'm assuming she swallows?

:)

Seriously, some sort of infection that she should have looked at by a medical professional, and not someone on ATOT. It might be remnants of a sinus/ear infection.

Tonsiliths.
They are bacteria colonies and small bits of food that have formed into solid masses.

Freaked me the F out the first time I saw them.
