I swear that Hotmail (Microsoft/MSN) does this on purpose because you're not using their beloved IE. I wonder if FF users have similar issues (test in progress).
1) Stay logged in ? Save password is a joke. Cookies aren't good enough for them. Works fine in IE, of course. I go back to Hotmail in Opera and it asks me to log in again. The only time that does work with Opera is if you go back in within minutes. What's the cookie time-out ? Like 20 minutes ? Not in IE it ain't!
2) Password is incorrect. I've got the same password for all my web-email accounts. Hotmail likes to tell me my password is incorrect the first time. Mind you, I'm typing it at the same speed as always and never have problems elsewhere. I type it in deliberately a 2nd time and it actually failed on me just now (hence this post). I'm sick of it. The 3rd try worked fine though.
Any other users have such issues with Opera + Hotmail ? I do use Gmail and Yahoo Mail but most of my mail does come thru Hotmail since I've had the address forever and gave it out the most.
