Crucial PC2100 2x256 Dual Channel

Looking for upgraded RAM and wonder what you think of your Corsair 3500?
 
I am not sure about PC 3200 or 3500/3700 . I just want to have a stable sytem with little bit room to OC. I think PC 3700 will be better right ?
