shouldn't be a problem, you'll have to setup a PC as a sharing machine.

I'd reccommend Sygate, I've used it before and I love it, really really simple. Just install that on the machine with the 56k upload and the ethernet card for the cable modem, and then put a second ethernet card in it, with an internal ip addressing scheme, and then you install Sygate on the clients (optional, or you just set the "server" machine's internal ip address as the default gateway of the clients)

Thanks Valhalla1! However, this is the answer that I got from SyGate, he said that
"there is no way for us to manage both devices as one for the Internet connection"
I will give it a shotanyway, hope it'll work.

SyGate does not work with most one-way cable modems. It does work with some.
The types of one-way cable modems it does work with usually has a separate
phone line on the modem itself and the modem does all the work. The type of
one-way cable modems it doesn't work with requires a separate modem be
installed on your PC. With this, there is no way for us to manage both
devices as one for the Internet connection. A common modem that works is the
Motorola Surfboard 1200. One that doesn't is the Motorola Surfboard 1000.
