you need to do everything it says in the instruction manual!!!!
I spent a total of $500 so car. $300 for the car, $50 for the controller(got a cheap one), performance parts, tires, gas. I need new tires soon.

The most important part. I switched around the front and rear axles and my dogbones kept coming out when i hit a bump, i coudnt figure out why until i took teh whole thing apart again.
I have a Tamiya TG10 Mini Cooper. My GF bought it for my last Xmas. I liked building it but playing with it is fun but it gets tired quick. I just run it on a dirty road so I can take it apart and clean it again. I ordered a 1 HP Novarossi engine once for it but came to my senses and cancelled it a day later😛.
This is pretty much what my cars chassis looks like once I was done with it cept my rim/tires are different and my engine is the stock one:disgust: Dont get me wrong it is fun but if your not good at cleaning it after running it the engine wont last long.

Just looked at the pics and noticed you have the same muffler as me but I had to make mine fit. For the guy asking what to look for, just remember these letters HPI. My Tamiya is a nightmare to find parts for except for rims and stuff so if your not into fabricating stay away from Tamiya. I on the other hand like doing stuff like that but feel bad when I go into a hobby shop and see a HUGE wall of HPI parts and the Tamiya parts in a small box under the table😱
A lot of my friends bought them and stuff.. they're pretty cool, except they all crash it into something within the first week.. and most of them the first day.. expensive toy...
