Any one have Terratec sixpack 5,1+ soundcard?

Hi.. just bought this soundcard and I'm having some kind of problems with it.. soundquality etc is great. BUT I can't play divx, I get pictures but no audio (had audio trough the playa but not trough media player or other players) 🙁 I tought it was the codecs but no.. So I did a clean instal of w2k (was running winxp at first). During instalation w2k instaled my soundcard as crystal fusion. Now I could get sound with divx. But as soon I instaled the drivers for the soundcard, the audio for my divx wen't dead. I could play divx and get audio trough the playa. Fut frankly the playa sux.. (verticle line problems etc. feels like I'm sitting behind a 100mhz cpu since it lags etc)...

I can't go without the drivers either because without drivers no eax 1/2, a3d etc..
 
This looks like a very good semi-pro sound card solution but I guess the drivers are not up to par yet.

Btw, did you use the latest Win2K drivers from the Terratec site?
