Yes I noticed its a direct link to & not a add server link.

Maybe its because add servers have cut their payments by 90% or something (corporate American has discovered that internet advertising rarely works - people just ignore banners & popups & just buy whats cheapest, which is killing the cash intakes of the add server companies, I spose the dotcom crash doesnt help either). So I spose Anandtech is forced to cut out the middleman (the add server companies) & actually sell its spare webpage real estate directly to the traders themselves.
