I just finished eating what I grilled. I had some New York steak (not grass fed), chicken, potatoes, salad, a small serving of Presidente Brandy, a Margarita with some good Don Julio Tequila, and some George Killian's Irish Red beer which wasn't that bad but nothing special. Never had it before. Tasted like other lagers but still was good. I'm stuffed. Now time to neff on AT.

Grill? no.

I am smoking a pork shoulder and a rack of spare ribs as we speak.

Just had some pork chops cooked in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, butter, salt, and pepper then topped with a little shredded Asiago cheese.

Too cold to grill. :(

My ribeye is sitting in a big dish full of jerk marinade. Also have two plain rib steaks for my wife and father (he'll be visiting tomorrow for a bit) that'll be thrown over the charcoal tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it, it's been about 2 weeks since I fired up the grill.

I make a pretty good ribeye over the grill. ;)

Haha... I made that one as a roast, we like it pretty much medium rare.
