If so, are you able to tell me how the calipers on the rear brakes are, ie, is the drivers side caliper on the back or the front and the same for the passenger side. Just for reference, I'm not retarded, I already went to the dealership and their service department had no idea, good thing they fix cars 😉
 
That they do 😛 They're essentially the same discs as a Grand Marquis or a Towncar of the same years, so if you have either of those too 😉

  • Brakes, Rear Disc

    WARNING:
    BRAKE FLUID CONTAINS POLYGLYCOL ETHERS AND POLYGLYCOLS. AVOID CONTACT WITH EYES. WASH HANDS THOROUGHLY AFTER HANDLING. IF BRAKE FLUID CONTACTS EYES, FLUSH EYES WITH RUNNING WATER FOR 15 MINUTES. GET MEDICAL ATTENTION IF IRRITATION PERSISTS. IF TAKEN INTERNALLY, DRINK WATER AND INDUCE VOMITING. GET MEDICAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY.

    The rear disc brake system is assembled with the following components:

    l A pin slider-type rear disc brake caliper (2553) assembly.

    l A 290 mm (11.4 inch) cast iron drum-in-hat rear disc brake rotor (2C026) bolted to the rear axle shaft flange.

    l Rear disc brake caliper has a phenolic rear disc brake piston and adjusters (2B588) with a seal and a press-in type dust boot.

I'll be damned. On the '94 Town Car, the driver's side has the caliper on the rear, and the passenger's side has it in the front!
