I collect tools. My garage looks like a hardware store on steroids. I have 3 main tool chests that are taller than me, a plasma cutter, welder, tubing bender and dies up to 1.5", all kinds of metal working tools such as saws, grinders, and such. I have at least 10 cordless tools from 12v to 24v, at least 5 corded drills, metal punches, riveters, 4 impact guns up to 1600 ft/lbs and at least 1500 sockets up to 1 inch drive, nearly all Craftsman or Snap-On. I have wrenches made last week, to a set of Craftsman wrenches from the 40's. Hell, I even have a gold plated Snap-On socket set from their 70th anniversary.

I should have picked a cheaper hobby.

Oh, I also collect those flattened pennys. I have about 50; and always pick tghem up wherever I see them when I am on vacation. Now that's cheap :p

I have some small engines from the 40s though 60's sitting in my shed. Mostly B&S's. If you are interested, let me know, you can have 'em if you come pick 'em up.

currently: shot glasses (places we visit) and logo'd golf balls (sports teams, places, etc - anything cool).

old school: comics (box in the basement, not many - mostly Daredevil), hockey / sports cards.

i'll eventually build up enough vintage golf equipment to classify it as a 'collection', i hope.

We collect Fiesta Ware. I suppose we collect DVD's, too.
Mostly we just collect "stuff".

Basketball cards and antique golf equipment. Ok, well, the basketball card obsession slowed down about 10 years ago, but I still have them all, and the golf equipment fetish has just begun!

real, actual swords or swords stamped and sold through a magazine?

my former-soon-to-be-again brother in law was in afghanistan for months and brought me a sword...this does not look mass produced, but hell if i know what to do with it :/

i used to collect star wars action figures when i was younger, the stuff that came out about the time of the special editions, i have an assload of that crap now :/

I collect pennies. Anything old with the wheat on the back. I have some older and I have a few of the steel ones from WWII.
