I used to eat Albertson's Fried Chicken all the time. It was one of the factors contributing to the bloat that year.

Where I live, Wal-Mart's and HEB's fried chicken is better than Albertson's.

And HEB has the jalapeno fried chicken which is the bomb.

Yes. My buddy and I used to get either that or fried chicken. I'd usually scarf the whole thing down in one sitting. Another factor contributing to the bloat.

I like HEB chickens. $5 or so. Many flavors available.

when the chicken is good, it's really good (not KFC level but the price makes it better value), but when it's bad it's horrible.

The chicken is dependant on the store / area.

My parents publix has the best chicken....you actually hear people talking about it. Lots of chicken and a light crispy breading...

My publix it sucks the two times I have had it the breading was soft and looked like the chicken was fried and then smashed down.

I tried albertsons too they sucked the one time for chicken but the salads were really really good.

KFC by us and in the whole area is terrible the one that used to be by us the staff wouldn't speak english (haitian) and were pissing everyone off in line....finally we walked out and everyone else did when they dropped a piece of chicken, picked it up and put it in the box to give to the customer in front.

The one here I have not been too but I was talking about it to my wife while in the gas station and guy working there said he would not eat there if they paid him.

Hmm.. Not Safeway/Albtertsons..

We go to WinCo. Can get a whole huge 10piece meal for like 10-12$.. chicken, jojos, potato salad/coleslaw, buns..

Our Wal-Mart has some good fried chicken. Ya gotta get it before it has been sitting though. Makes a great meal for the family for $14.00!!!!


Much less $$ than KFC, but KFC mashed & gravy pwns j00!!!!
