Any of the older Sony Xperia smartphones worth getting for T-Mobile?

So are any of the last year Sony Xperia's worth buying for T-Mobile? There Z3 seems to be a really nice phone but is just a bit too big for me.

If you want something smaller, xperia z3 compact. No WiFi calling though or band 12

Frankly, I'd wait... There is a rumor that WiFi calling will be integrated into android 5.0 itself next year , hwhich would make the z3 compqct worth getting

Otherwise, the only other T-Mobile phones are the z/z1s which are 5" , slightly smaller than z3's 5.2". Z/z1s have WiFi calling buut no band 12 either

The ZL is physically smaller than the Z, although the screen is the same 5". However it doesn't have an IP rating (dust/water resistance) at all. It is also almost two years old at this point.

The older Xperias aren't really known for having the best screens. Something to keep in mind
