I thought 3 was awesome. it's been out for 2 years now and I think 4 would be awesomer. Building killer coasters and riding them is fun. Ya, I'm 30 .... but I enjoyed that game.

Anyone know if 4 is planned?

are you talking about "Theme Park" ??? I know that came out for DS, but ya, Rollercoaster Tycoon is way better than Theme Park. I remember d/ling the Six Flags Magic Mountain park for RCT3, but it was SOOOOOO laggy on my computer.
 
I would love to see RCT4 or another expansion pack for 3. RCT3 was one of the games I bought when it came out and I loved it, the expansions were fun and actually worth buying. I haven't heard anything about new expansions or a whole new game. But seeing how it's a very popular franchise I bet we'll see something hopefully this year. I should dig up my RCT3 and install it.
 
I probably got 2/3 of hte ay through RTC 3 and was addicted to it 100% of hte time. I jsut got sick of it over time, but building custom coasters is just way to much fun.

I did too but had to wait until I upgraded my machine in order to enjoy it. First person view on a ride would just kill my computer.
 
I've also been playing since the original "RollerCoaster Tycoon" (Loopy Landscapes anyone?)

I was under the impression this was one incredibly well-selling series; but i'm a bit unsure as to what RCT 4 would add that 3 didn't already do with it's expansions.

What is Chris Sawyer doing these days anyway?
