Any new (post recall) Sandy Bridge builds?

I just got mine like 15 minutes ago. Not sure what to expect as I have never been thru anything like this before...

It looks like quite a few folks have gotten B3 msi boards from newegg and provantage. There were a few p67 biostar boards but they sold out fast.

Lots of H67 boards; but those don't interest me as I have a dedicated gpu. First hand; naw I'm still waiting for the board I'm looking for to reappear on the market.

I've decided I'm waiting on Z68. I wasn't planning on it but with the P67 debacle, I feel like all the mobo manufacturers have probably put a halt on developing that chipset.

I've got one of the defective p67 motherboards, but I'm also probably going to wait for z68, as my system is running fine.

I just ordered (from tiger direct or newegg):

ASUS Sabertooth p67
i5 2500k
8gb DDR3 (Gskill ripjaws)
2x XFX HD6950's
CM 212+

All should be here next week... I'm gonna have some fun!

Excellent component selection.
Let us know how you like the Sabertooth MB once you get it going.

i find it funny and perplexing that the sabertooth is the one without the bluetooth

There is a lot of market segmentation coming from Intel with this new Sandy Bridge release from CPU features to MB although this may be an Asus thing. Luckily BT adapters are pretty cheap but they will eat a USB port and I hear you.

I just did the upgrade with biostar H67 8gigs of cheap super talent and 2500K last night. I wasn't interested in overclocking this time around and actually wanted the option of using the sandybridge graphics even though I run a dedicated card. So I'd sort of settled on the H67 chipset before the recall happened. (I was about to order that day actually) Luckily availability of the H67 fixed boards seems to be better. I wasn't going to buy the MSI because I have literally never used a MSI board that I didn't consider a problem child.

Decided to snag a 2500K instead of a 2500 because better graphics, probably better resale and the potential that I may one day overclock it were worth the extra cash to me.

All I did last night was get it to boot into my XP x64 install and get the drivers installed last night though.
