Well, a few weeks ago they released two videos showing new completed mechs along with the mounting system they came up with for weapons.

Then there is the videos of the matches they have played using aircraft, tanks and a mech (this was quiet a while ago).

It looks to me like this will be out in a few months IMHO (late 2008 was the original release date IIRC).

YEAH!!! I never played the MechWarrior series, but Earth Siege was the shit! I remember having a joystick and modding the walkers or whatever they called them... awesome.

I sucked at gaming then, though, and I could never get passed the last mission on earth, never got to the moon to fly the spaceship bomber...

I'm not trying to put down the team or anything. What they've shown looks fantastic. But like EvilComp said, 90% of mods never release anything. I'm just being skeptical. I've seen a ton of mods release amazing screenshots, but never anything else.
