• We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. Any new DC projects come out within in past 6 months or coming out soon?

Not sure what the newest DC project may be ... they are constantly increasing in number. Just take a look at our Welcome to the Distributed Computing Thread and you'll see there is quite a variety.

I won't recommend any particular one. Sometimes we degenerate into "Pick Me!", "Pick Me!" which is most unbecoming. 😉

The TeAm is heavily involved in most so check the list and pick one. 🙂

LHC@Home and Orbit@home (I think that's what it's called) are fairly new BOINC DC projects. But for most of these BOINC projects, when they start out, they only allow a limited number of users to join. So if you see a thread saying that one is open, think fast!
