How does Norton Ghost handle NetWare partitions? Are there any imaging programs out there that work (very) well with NetWare?

For Ghost you must use the specific Ghost for Netware product

Actually if you are running zenworks for desktops 3 it is very easy to implement imaging support. There are good documents on how to do it on Novell's site.

Ah... Novell and Linux delivering a product that is actually good!

Zenworks won't do server partitions.
