Do they hire actresses/actors to play the part? Because Heather looks the part of an actress more then then Dorthy or Bill. Bill's teeth are horrible, no self respecting actor would leave them like that.

If it's not Heather, it's got to be Dorthy by that logic. But if they don't hire pros to play the part of the mole, then my money is on Bill as the mole.

I kind of regret not tuning into this show earlier then about a month ago. I'm kind of hooked

The Mole is actually a contestant, not a hired actor. I guess they just pick a name out of the bag before they all meet and go, "You're going to be the mole" or something.

wow if they had a third installment that would be awesome.

the mole is way more exciting than other reality tv shows like: survivor or big brother.
plus the senarios and contestants opinions are always chaning so it doesn't get boring like: fear factor (every single show they eat bugs!, and the stunts they do are very similar) or other shows.

Don't forget that one of the strategies is to pretend to be the Mole even when you aren't. That way if people think you are the mole and are wrong, when they take the quiz they will get more wrong than you (hopefully) and be kicked off.

I think Bill is the Mole.

1. He is a retired Navy Admiral and yet he can't tread water for 30 seconds in the pool.
2. He easily lost the gnome in the bike reward challenge.
3. He very quickly wanted to do a double or nothing in the village maze challenge.

You could be right, but as I understand it, the Mole is not a contestant. They win nothing and cannot win anything. They work for ABC. They get a salary and a free trip, but that is it. Only the 11 other people are able to win the money. The mole is like Anderson, just part of the game and a paid employee of ABC.
