Well, since everyone is assuming the OP is using SFX size...
I've used several. The best ones I've had were:
Enermax 270W
Ran a Radeon x850XT off it briefly with an Opteron.
FSP 300W
Ran it with a 7900GT with the same Opteron. There's a 350W version (I had one also) but seems like FSP just boosted the 3.3v and 5v to get higher wattage, with the same combined +12v (around 22A). Also the 350W version uses noisy 60mm fans instead of the quieter 80mm fan. Both these units are also found under the Sparkle brand.
Enermax 320W
This is what I currently use. Full 24A on +12v (advertised as 28A "max").
I have actually run an 8800GTS 320MB off this unit! Very briefly (maybe 1-2 hours) and the 80mm fan sounded like a leaf blower during that time, but normally it is very quiet and composed with my 7900GTO and an A64 San Diego core running 3.12GHz. IMO this is the best (most powerful and highest quality) SFX PSU on the market.
Yes, I've seen bigger "wattage" units for sale, but most of those seem to not give enough +12v, or avoid mentioning what combined +12v amperage is. So far I haven't found any that sounded good enough for me to try. For instance Athena Power has higher wattage (up to 470W) units, but a look at their web site indicates that they do most of their testing at 25ºC. Also, their 400W unit only has 20A on a single +12v rail. The 300W and 350W FSP units do 22A (or maybe 22.5A) combined, while the 320W Enermax does 24A.
