Any media converting programs for real player and___

Hey guys, it's been a really long time.

I've been looking at a bunch of media converting programs out there, but none of the free ones really work well with real audio media (.ram) too well. And since my phone works with real player for whatever reason, I need that. Can anyone give me a good program that can change .wav and .mp3 to .ram???

Also my phone takes video in a .3gp format. is that easily convertible as well? any help would be appreciated.
 
I've used Ultra Mobile 3GP Converter for for making 3gp videos which can run on my mobile phone (Nokia N72). It works very well.
 
Thank you, and I'll have to get that. Is it free? and if not, how much does it cost?

Can in convert backwards? In case I take something with my phone, and want to make it .wmv so I can post it on my facebook page or whatever.
