Any mATX AM2+ (Phenom) boards out there?

Wondering if anyone knows of a mATX compatible Phenom board.

Looking for a mATX board that will work with Phenom out of the box. Not something I need an Athlon X2 in first to update the bios.
 
Perhaps no mATX board works with Phenom out of the box. One of the most popular mATX boards, GIGABYTE GA-MA69GM-S2H, requires flashing BIOS. The upcoming RS780 and MCP78 motherboards will work, needless to say.
