Any lost coast performance reviews out there?

My review :

Game takes 30min to download @ 1.5MBit connection
Games takes 10min to finish 1st go
The game has the coolest graphic ever : )
You also get commentary on everything about the level which is cool since noob can't tell what so good about the game
I recommend you having something 6800GT + for HDR 🙂

only took me like 5minutes to download if that. maybe their servers werent busy at the time.

also, its short because its only a demonstration of the new HDR which looks pretty damn good i might add.

yeah, one of the best looking game right now. i can play it decently at 30+ fps at 1024x768 details maxed out and with 2xAA and 4xAF.

now i cant wait to play hl2: aftermath 🙂

With my 3.2 ghz pentium 4, X800XT, 1600 by 1200 2xaa and 16xaf, 20 fps. 1600 by 1200 2xaa noaf 30 fps , 1600 by 1200 noaa/af 40 fps. Recommend a 6800gt? Nah, you could run lost coast at least at 1024 by 768 with 2-4xaa and 4-8af with all settings maxed. with a 6600gt. Or at least 1024 with all settings maxed. The only real reason it is an fps killer is because it has long viewing distances in most places. Other times you hit an "arena" which has like 10 buildings with amazing textures and a bunch of physics objects which make your fps go down.

iz about 20% slower for me, during some scenes it was 40% slower. The HDR isn't as good as the one I saw in Far Cry.

6600GT... got about 20-40 frames at 1024* with 2xAA/8xAF and Medium Textures/Model, with low shaders and shadows.

I've got a 6600GT, I got around 20 fps with no AA, 16x AF, vsync on, and everything else on high. (mine is overclocked on a zalman vf-700cu 😀)
